About The Winning Attitude Skills for Powerful Leadership Transformation
I can help you. I am Nicke, the founder of The Winning Attitude Skills Training.
Training is my platform to share my 29 years of experience and knowledge, having grown from a Manager to a Leader myself.
Living on a small island in the British Virgin Islands, in the Caribbean, I started my restaurant Management journey at a young age of 22. Within my first year, I was promoted to Manager and then General Manager where I continued for a further 2 years.
I then took on a challenge to run one of the British Virgin Islands leading restaurants, beach bar and live music entertainment venue for 4 and a half years as General Manager, which taught me the value of working with many different cultures and nationalities, whilst working 18 hour days.
Returning to South Africa in 2004, I have trained 100s of 1000s of people nationally, whilst working for South Africa’s leading retailer, Woolworths Café for 14 years, resigning as the National Customer Service Head and Trainer.

The Leadership course with Nicke most definitely opened my eyes.. after a tough year and a half in the hospitality industry due to covid, this course just helped me to focus on what is important, have a positive outlook and to tackle every day with a can do attitude.. it is a course with a lot of information, some you may know, some you may not, but it is put together in a way that makes sense. Nicke makes learning fun and interactive. I am currently busy with a one on one course with her, and honestly after 18 years in the industry, you are never too old to lean a few new tricks
