About Just So Life Skills Development

I am a specialist in leadership training who answers the ‘How’question. How do I…? The answer is ‘Just So’ with Just So Life Skills Development.
I have been involved in the Learning & Development industry for 40 years. I am accredited with SAQA and ILM – a City & Guilds Group company in London. Over the last 16 years, as Just So, I have helped hundreds of people in the Middle East and South Africa achieve their leadership goals.
Three and a half years ago I rescued a little baby girl from a life on the streets. She is now my precious daughter and I want to equip her with every opportunity to grow, develop and succeed. My passion is to make a difference in the lives of all kids out there and to see them blossom.
As a leadership specialist who is passionate about developing others, my purpose is to provide a service that develops children to reach their full potential. Just So does this by providing quality training in an engaging way to build on our school curriculum giving parents peace of mind knowing that the skills taught develop EQ and are valuable skills for life. Right now, in the current ‘Covid 19 time’, these programmes will also remove the stress caused by the interruption to the school year. We develop little leaders through training that expands the mind and stretches kids to be team players today and leaders tomorrow with practical skills applicable to every aspect of our daily lives.

Before my retirement in 1997 I was employed by the then NBS Bank (formerly Natal Building Society) as their Regional Manager for the Cape Region.
During that time I met and got to know Colleen Mutch who was employed as the training officer for the Bank. I had many opportunities to not only attend but also to observe training sessions conducted by Colleen which I always found to be well structured, informative and very well carried out. Many staff benefitted by their attendance at courses conducted by Colleen. She was firm but fair and appreciated by those who attended her courses.
I wish her well in her future endeavours.

Colleen is a great communicator, she makes the difficult tasks seem easier, by simplifying and explaining what is required from the question. Colleen assisted me to achieve my recent certification, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to develop.

Colleen is a natural teacher. She has come to my rescue on more than one occasion and always managed to resolve my current dilemma whether teaching me something on my computer or excel skills or how to handle a difficult situation. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to develop their skills.
