Serena and her team at Homebase Property Minders are top class. They are hands-on and look after the apartment as if it were their own. Nothing is ever a problem for them which includes renovations and repairs. I highly recommend Serena and her team.

Our German family have a house in Somerset West since six years and we bought a second one in Noorhoek in 2018 which needed a big renovation. After disputes with the architect I had nobody for the construction Management. But then I met Serena and together with a construction company she did a fantastic Job. The whole communication only by email or WA and the result was 100% what we expected. Since then she is doing everything for our House and we are very happy to have her.
Also our 100 fishes are thankful to Serena that she is taking care of them :).

We are a German family and we are in a very close & excellent collaboration with the Homebase-Team since more than 12 years. Homebase are doing in a very professional and very reliable way really everything for us (renovations, maintenance, communication with the city & council, organizing cleaning, gardening, keeping all equipment and even the car ready, etc.). Just great. We can highly recommend the Team. Please feel free to contact us if you need any additional information about their core competencies. We are looking very much forward to experiencing many more years together with Homebase.

I have known and worked with Serena Harrison since 2008. I have used Homebase Properties for renovation, property minding and properties that are rented out. At all times, Serena has given excellent service, showed great professionalism and taken all the stress out of my life. Her contacts, knowledge of Cape Town and especially her knowledge around the municipal system and agencies as well as the DSTV labyrinth is excellent. There are no challenges that Homebase Properties and Serena are not capable of solving to everyone’s satisfaction.
I highly recommend Homebase Properties.

Serena has been looking after our property in Cape Town for almost 15 years and without her fabulous efficiency, every moment away would have been a nightmare. She looks after, and cares about, everything – from staff, to the house to the pets.
Thank you for always being so reliable, trustworthy and hard working.
