I have been in the Learning & Development industry for over 40 years. Accredited with SAQA and ILM (City & Guilds Group Business, London). I worked in a team to develop New Venture Creation (NVC) materials for seta. My passion is developing others and my purpose is to skill and develop them to reach their full potential. Although I have always had a passion for education, when I became a mum to an adopted little girl changing her life forever from a life on the streets, my passion grew stronger and my ‘why’ is to equip as many people as I can to have the skills, knowledge and confidence to follow their dreams and establish their own business to provide for themselves and their families.
This programme guides and develops you in the essential areas of entrepreneurship starting with establishing your why and self awareness to determine if you have what it takes to succeed. We then cover Business Idea Refinement, Business Plan Development, Team Work, Market Research, Marketing, Costing & Pricing, Legal Issues, Accounting, Ethics and Overview of Operation. Templates and handouts for future reference or refresher or to refine what learnt during the programme, are all provided.
The programme may be taken online or once the current pandemic permits, in groups. Also offered to school leavers/schools who can be incentivised to attend and raise funds for the school at the same time. Our approach is practical with plenty of action as we help you discover your WHY and teach you HOW to achieve your WHAT. Most organisations get this all backwards!
