A Five Stars rate is not enough for the excellent work we received from Martie Malan from DMS. At my previous employment, I was the Finance and Administration Director for Initiative for Global Development (IGD) based in Washington, DC. IGD has had an International Forum in South Africa, every other year (2015, 2017, and 2018). At each forum/congress, Martie took care of everything! Airline tickets, transport from/to the airport, hotel rooms, conference rooms, side events, catering, floral arrangements, registration, tours, medical emergencies, you name it, pretty much she did what was needed, no questions asked. The rates she negotiated for the forum and travel were amazing, and the online registration portal for our members was very helpful. She is vital for a successful and stress-free event, especially if you have people from all over the world traveling to the event. She will be the first person I contact for the next forum/congress. I’m looking forward to working with Martie again.

Hiring Martie was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Martie truly brought our vision to life, and was always able to deliver on the best rates across all suppliers. She is extremely driven and only wants to deliver the best for her clients. Her attention to detail, accuracy and diligence made the entire process a breeze. She removed all the stress out of planning a wedding. Martie and DMS bring immense professionalism, consistently go above and beyond and most importantly, a real joy to work with.

DMS is by far one of the most professional and efficient event management companies I have worked with. With an incredible attention to detail, they are truly the epitome of walking the extra mile and taking all the hassle out of any event. Their best added value by far is negotiating the best deals possible which often payback two to three times over. Having worked with a number of other event management companies in the past, I now wouldn’t even consider using anyone else.
