• I will help you improve your way of thinking to live an accountable life.
• You will have the ability to host your own accountability sessions.
• Your accountability sessions will increase productivity and profitability in your team.
• Once accountability has been achieved, you will experience pure potentiality at home, your workplace and in your community.
I can help you. I am Nicke, the founder of The Winning Attitude Skills Training.
Training is my platform to share my 29 years of experience and knowledge, having grown from a manager to a leader myself, with national and international experience.
Throughout my career as a Leader, I have learnt the vast difference between micro-management and accountability. Accountability changes the way you think, your language and your behavior.
My last 3 years in Real Estate has taught me that Leadership is a universal language and applying the skills in any industry, empowers the result you require, as we all work with people.
I have trained 100s of 1000s of people nationally, whilst working for South Africa’s leading retailer, Woolworths Café for 14 years, followed by many corporate companies on my Accountability 1-on-1 Coaching program.
My purpose is to enlighten people into transformation to live a conscious Accountable life.
Accountability starts with you. You need to live an accountable life to inspire accountability in others. Once achieved, you will experience pure potentiality at home, your workplace and in your community.
• I have a personal hands-on approach to understand your needs, goals, and desires.
• Accountability 1-on-1 Coaching allows you to share your strengths and weaknesses, and focusing on what needs doing, to turn your weakness into a strength.
• I will help you understand why personal accountability is so important.
• I will guide you how to implement workspace accountability.
• I will help you shift your way to thinking, by asking meaningful questions to get the outcome you want.
• You will understand the 10 commitments of Accountability.
• Accountability 1-on-1 Coaching is presented over 6 weeks, focusing on a training sector of Accountability, as well as Coaching you to be comfortable, to host your own accountability sessions.
I help business professionals grasp and inspire accountability so that they can enhance both their personal and professional lives, without an immense shift to their behavior, only an improvement in their way of thinking.
So only this week, it hit me really hard, doing the accountability course was like going to rehab… and doing the 12 steps for AA… even 12 principals 😊 I learnt a lot about myself and a lot about people around me. And much like rehab you need to keep practicing, because bad habits are hard to break and healthy ones need constant reminders. Thank you For Helping me understand Accountability, and giving me the tools to inspire everyone around me
Highly recommend Accountability coaching, not only was the session engaging but helped me put things into perspective. With every session, I walked away with something that I could add to my tool kit. We’ve all heard about accountability and may think we know, but I found that there was still so much that I didn’t. Helping hold me more accountable and others around me too. If you sitting on the fence, leap you will not regret it!
I highly recommend this course to anyone!
I really enjoyed the journey with Nicke over the 6 week period and I am so much more equipped as a result, enabling me to deal with anyone (Personal and Professional) in a much more effective and mindful way.
This is a course I would recommend to everyone! Nicke teaches by example and is a true inspiration. Accountability is something we all think we know, until you complete the course and realize you knew very little before. Nicke presents and tailors the weekly lessons to the individual, making it very interesting, special and giving it a hands-on feel. Nicke has taught me so many things that I am already integrating into my everyday life. This course has given me confidence in myself, and in holding others accountable. The course also provides you with the tools you need to implement accountability. As accountability is something to be applied in every aspect of your life, this course helps to improve many other skills which are integral to working well in a professional environment, forming and maintaining strong and lasting relationships as well as achieving those goals you’ve always had but never seem to get round to. If you want to make a positive difference in your own life, and especially in the lives around you, this is a MUST!
Nicke is a very dynamic experienced trainer. I have seen her conducting training courses at all levels. Nicke is very innovative, creative and an intense trainer.
She is able to quickly build rapport and trust with the participants. Her unique way of delivery results in better understanding and transformation as a trainer and she is always in tune to the modern tools and techniques of training as she successfully uses them in her training activities.
I strongly recommend Nicke as a trainer for building skills, motivation, change, leadership and any specific needs required by your organisation.
Nicke is passionate and the training is brilliant, She gives managers the tools not only live accountability but to inspire others to do the same, building team morale and keeping it consistent!
Nicke is absolutely amazing, the way she presents, the tools and her personality is truly phenomenal . She change the way I think and helped me to live an accountable life, both personal and professional.
Thank you Nicke for changing my life!
Nicke’s 6 week Accountability coaching is phenomenal. She provides you with practical tools that effectively change the way you think and operate in both your personal and business life which in turns inspires those around you.
