How do I get support and guidance if I have a question?

There are various ways that you will be able to ask questions:

In the membership group (chapter) that you will be allocated to based on your location (suburb), you can ask questions.

In the News Feed, there is a section for comments..please note these comments will be moderated and approved.

If you are participating in a live webinar, you can ask questions during the session.

You can message your connections directly for advice/support.

We are also creating and continuously updating the library of FAQs (Help Section) on the website, to address the most frequently asked questions.

Please only address SUPPORT questions about the use of the platform to shumba@thelionsden.co.za AFTER you have checked that it is not in the FAQ’s.

SHUMBA IS NOT ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING BUSINESS COACHING, ADVICE ON LANDING PAGE DESIGN, DRIVING TRAFFIC TO YOUR LANDING PAGE, ETC.

Coaches will not be able to answer individual questions, please see our purpose (to assist 100 000 entrepreneurs…and reduce the unemployment rate by 5%), this is not a one-on-one coaching program, hence the incredibly low price.
