Our session will assist you gain cardio vascular endurance, muscle endurance, muscle strength, flexibility as well as agility. We have a total of 10 sessions a week and if you take advantage of our incredible offer, you can attend as many classes as you feel fit. Mornings we run classes from 9:30, Monday to Friday and from 10:00 on Saturdays. Afternoon we have classes from 17:00 from Monday to Thursday. Each session last for one hour. Our highly qualify trainers will assist you as you transform into the best version of yourself.
