2-EVENT CANCELLATION: In the rare case of event cancellation a FULL REFUND will be issued to the participant, which does not cover airfare expenses. We recommend booking your flight in advance with an option to change or cancel, just to be covered in case of emergency, on both ends.
3-TRANSFER POLICY: You can transfer your spot to a friend (a woman). But the booking fee ($59) is NON-REFUNDABLE.
4- INSURANCE (Not required): The high altitudes of 11,000 ft above sea level will reach on this trip. We recommend you consider taking out adequate travel and medical insurance that covers you in case of emergency.
5-PROGRAM: The program will start at 10 am when you are picked up from Cusco airport (almost 1 hour from the retreat). A detailed agenda will be offered prior to the trip.
6-PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY: Your actions, movement, and personal safety on this trip are your own responsibility.
7- CONFLICT: We intend to hold a sacred and safe space for creativity truth and vulnerability to transform our lives. We reserve the right to refuse anyone we feel may offset the energy of the group. If our group is compromised in any way, we will reserve our right to respectfully ask the person to leave. A total or partial refund may be agreed upon.
8- LIABILITY: By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you release Enlightened Transformation LLC (host), the venue, leaders, as well as staff collaborating in this retreat, individually and collectively, from any claims, liability, cause of action, damages, or costs for personal injury or property damage that fall under your responsibility and are unrelated to the service offered.
