By the end of these 4 sessions you will be able to:

To administer TICK Profiles
Understand yourself and others better
Better equipped to coach individuals and teams
Understand the principles underlying behavioral styles.
Appreciate the strengths and weaknesses inherent in each style.
Appreciate how people are driven by feelings, not logic.
Create Team behavioral Reports for your clients
Coach teams on the impact of their behavior, leveraging on team strengths to achieve high performance
