During a year long coaching a senior manager discovered the causes of his stress, lack of energy and bad time management. With the support of meditations and breathing techniques he found his life purpose, clear goals and actions steps for all areas of his life. He’s on his way to have a balanced life.

What features does your product have?

I offer single coaching sessions, but for more sustainable results at least 6 or 12 month coaching arrangement are needed. We meet on- line two times per month. I am available for my clients between sessions, by choice, I give a lot of supporting material.
