Shop got shut down during last Christmas by the council due to poor hygiene practices. They came to us. We trained all the 9 staff, visited the premises and wrote a list of things that needed to do. This included getting all the records up to date, cleaning using the correct procedures and the list goes on.
We managed to get it reopened in 4 days. The council Inspector commented “this is how all food businesses should be run”.

We have knowledge on setting up large food factories which can export food to the smallest food outlet. We can set up the factories using the HACCP principal and the RMP.

Customers do not have to worry about getting their premises compliant with the laws. We are available on Zoom, email and phone.

The prospects do not understand the information that must go in a RMP or a HACCP plan. To write a RMP or a HACCP plan, the customer must have good knowledge microbiology and a Quality System. The information available on the website is helpful but not sufficient.
