Shop got shut down during last Christmas by the council due to poor hygiene practices. They came to us. We trained all the 9 staff, visited the premises and wrote a list of things that needed to do. This included getting all the records up to date, cleaning using the correct procedures and the list goes on.

Show them an existing plan emphasizing on details the plan requires.
We say we either get it right or we take short cuts which will not get their premises registered.
