By the 16th of June 2021 or sooner I have my business launched, my social media active and populated, some video content created and at least one small workshop scheduled and ready to go in my sales funnel.

What is your 1st Objective for this Goal?

By the 16th of March 2021 or sooner I have my landing page set up and I will have decided what social media platforms to use and have them set up.

What is your 2nd Objective for this Goal?

By the 1st of April 2021 or sooner I have gone through Kate's video marketing training and created at least 3 videos, I will have my sales funnel set up ready to populate with content.

What is your 3rd Objective for this Goal?

By the 16th of June 2021 or sooner I have created my first small workshop and have the marketing content ready to go with it and have my sales funnel populated and ready to go.

What is your 2nd Primary Goal?

By the 16th of October 2021 or sooner I have my first £30 program up and running, linked to my site and attached to my sales funnel. I will have reached at least 200 women, at least 70% will be my desired audience.

By the 16th of July or sooner I have completed all of my course research including client and content research, and I will have finalised the course structure.

What is your 2nd Objective for this Goal?

By the the 16th of August or sooner I will have built the course structure and created content, including videos and material. The last week of the month I will share with a small group for feedback, and ask them for testimonials.

What is your 3rd Objective for this Goal?

By the 16th of October I will have made any tweaks and launched the program. Throughout these 2 months I will promote the program using social, my landing page, my sales funnel, and webinars. I will reach at least, 3 people per day, 23 people per week.

What is your 3rd Primary Goal?

By the 16th of February 2022 or sooner I will have complete confidence with public speaking, running a weekly webinar to connect with more clients on a personal level. My £30 course will have reached an additional 500 women in 'my tribe'.

What is your 1st Objective for this Goal?

By the 16th of August I will have done Eric Edmeades' speaking program, I will then run monthly webinars, from now (16th Feb 21) until then I will attend a monthly toastmasters. I will also start tapping and hypnotherapy to overcome the fear.

From the 16th of October 2021 or sooner I will run fortnightly webinars and connect with 'my tribe' on a personal level, I will increase this to weekly from the 16th of December 2021.

To reach an additional 500 new program clients across these 4 months I will need to reach 4/5 people per day or 31/32 per week. I will do this through my webinars, my sales funnel, social, my landing page, and video content.
