Using Mentoring i have have worked with a person who contracted his services out and through our working together he developed his own consulting company and moved from individual worker to sourcing project managers and change managers into different work places. He was inspired and creative so used this to drive this forward. He had a great personality and was a good communicator so able to sell him, his business and the concepts.
