My 5 coaching sessions with Liz I found extremely valuable and I can honestly say I came away from them with a different perspective and tools I will use for life. The first thing I particularly liked was Liz’s style of being open and frank, I instantly felt like I could be completely myself with her- which is not something I feel with a lot of people when going deeper. She held a space for me that really allowed me to go deep into my subconscious thoughts and also challenge my beliefs. Her tenacity balanced with her patience with me meant a lot and she really helped me dig deep and challenged me when necessary. I found her tools and daily exercises particularly helpful with managing emotions drawing attention to the thoughts that weren’t serving me anymore- and they were so practical – it’s hard to forget them- which for me is key.
