I have revised a document that showed a very personal and pessimistic view of research as a result of a long and difficult research process. 1 answer – this is saving time and effort and ensuring a professional outcome for you and this contributes to you achieving academic recognition. You are a content expert but let language not hold you back from reaching your dreams.
2 objection – there are lots of changes and I don’t have time to go through everything.
2 answer – the changes are for you. I want to save the embarrassment of a poor submission but I want you to feel as if you still have control of your document so I cannot write your document but I can show you where the concerns are. My summary report also helps to highlight the key areas and saves you time. If you are pressed for time, you could accept all changes and / or only focus on the comments as bigger areas for concern.
