Through various visits and chats, I have build up a good friendship with this person. He was already an investor, but not happy with the achievement of his investments. There are trusted and vastly experienced partners on the ground managing the property. The track record of these investments speak for themselves.

“How can I trust this type of investment, and that it is not a piramyd scheme?” – Medical buildings will always be in demand, even through the toughest economical times. Doctors make the best tenants, as they basically never move. They have heavy and very sensitive equipment which should not be moved around. When you invest your money in this opportunity, ligit shares get issued to you, listed on a stock exchange.
