Client retention rate
Total revenue/number of orders = 0 (for now)
The average order total x by the average number of purchases in a year x by average retention time in years = 0 (for now)

Cost associated with acquiring new customers (amount you have spent on marketing and sales) and then divide that amount by the number of customers
