BE AN OPPORTUNIST

During these difficult times, and they ARE difficult, you have 2 choices (maybe more):
Number 1: You feel hopeless, helpless and even useless. You feel stuck, because in a way you are stuck (at home).
Number 2: You can get stuck, pardon the pun, into doing things that you have been putting off because you haven’t had the time. Well, now you have the time. So clean out the cupboards, garage, recipe books, etc. See it as an opportunity to be able to start on a clean slate.
When you are done with all this clearing out, do something that you’ve always wanted to do, or something that you are curious about. Learn a new skill. Sharpen your skills. Become better at what you are doing.
And then there is the cherry on top: REACH OUT! Help others; phone your friends and family, especially those that live alone, remember to smile when you talk to them, they will be able to hear/feel it; offer your services at a reduced rate or for free. Not only will you be helping others, you will experience fulfilment and joy!
